In Daily Parts Meditation Practice, I help both IFS clients and practitioners utilize a new process I developed that deepens IFS sessions and healing.
You will learn how and why to use new IFS healing tools—Parts Timelines, Parts Catalogue Cards, Parts Biographies, Parts Maps, Parts Externalizations, and how to develop a specific Daily Parts Meditation Practice. Through these techniques, you discover how to develop a deeper coherent narrative; deepen integration; accrue less burdens; and augment spiritual awakening, among others things. Benefits of the process can be felt by all readers who implement these tools. While written as a process, each tool can be used independently.
Whether you are new to parts work or are an experienced practitioner, you'll find these exercises teach you something new about integration. While IFS sessions, in and of themselves, are incredibly healing and transformative, utilizing the tools within Daily Parts Meditation Practice can deepen your work.
For a practitioners, Daily Parts Meditation Practice can help you better connect with your clients and support their integration. To successfully help clients in IFS sessions, practitioners needs to have a stable foundation of knowing their own systems as intimately as they are helping clients know theirs. Through these tools, your parts will trust you to more fully be with your clients' parts in sessions. In addition to practitioners doing the work for themselves, you are also instructed how to use these tools with clients for both yours and their benefits.
Daily Parts Meditation Practice and process was first presented in Rhode Island at the 2016 Annual IFS Conference as a 3-hour workshop. For workshops, please click on the DPMP Workshop tab.
